He has held senior leadership roles at major companies including US West, Qwest, tw telecom, Zayo, and Crown Castle—where he led large-scale teams, integrated over 40 mergers and acquisitions, and managed annual budgets up to $2B.

Known for driving efficiency, process excellence, and strategic clarity, Ford specializes in aligning people, systems, and strategy to deliver measurable impact. His board experience spans public, private, and nonprofit organizations, including service on the board of SOBR Safe (NASDAQ: SOBR), where he chairs the Governance & Nominating Committee and contributes to the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Ford brings deep expertise in vendor and contract management, business transformation, data-driven decision-making, and operational scale. Whether advising emerging leaders or guiding Fortune 500 strategies, his speaking style is both insightful and grounded in real-world success. Outside the boardroom, he’s a lifelong adventurer with passions for skiing, biking, kayaking, travel, and history.

Stephen LeVan is a veteran executive, board advisor, and former startup co-founder with more than three decades of experience leading high-impact teams and driving growth in the telecom and tech sectors. He spent nearly 30 years at Frontier Communications in a variety of senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Carrier Sales, where he led national partnerships with top wireless and cable providers and drove double-digit revenue growth. Steve is now a Strategic Advisor and Fractional Executive, helping companies navigate transformation, optimize operations, and scale effectively.

Known for his high-energy leadership and talent for turning junior employees into tomorrow’s leaders, Steve has led teams as small as 10 and as large as 1,500 across multistate, union/non-union environments. A passionate strategist, he has helped protect multi-billion-dollar revenue streams while transforming sales teams and operations across diverse business models. When he’s not working, Steve serves as a Board Commissioner for the Ballston Lake Fire Department and teaches high-performance driving with the Porsche Club of America. A former competitive water skier, he now enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and continues to bring a spirit of curiosity and performance to every new challenge.

Rick Brunatti is a dynamic executive with over 30 years of experience leading transformative growth in the technology, wireless, and professional services sectors. As Vice President at Accelecom, Rick is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization. He has an extensive background in managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios, optimizing sales strategies, and improving customer experience in high-growth environments.

Previously, Rick served as Managing Director of National Accounts and Head of Atlanta Enterprise Sales for Crown Castle Fiber, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint and accelerating sales growth across multiple markets. He also led the South Region at Windstream, overseeing network expansion and organizational transformation to support both fiber and fixed wireless solutions.

Rick’s career includes leadership roles at Level 3 Communications/tw telecom, Broadwing Communications, and Winstar Communications, where he consistently drove revenue growth, improved operational efficiency, and built high-performing teams.
