Our “Outsourced Operations” clients delegate business functions to Axiom for a longer term.

We take responsibility for team management and process execution. Most frequently the outsourced function involves Network Cost Management (invoice audit, processing, and payment) or Service Provisioning, the submission of orders/ASRs on behalf of the client. We find that each outsourced function varies, based upon client processes: Axiom delivers customized outsourced solutions with US-based, experienced telecom staff to deliver world-class results.

Staff Augmentation

Axiom’s clients frequently have a need for additional experienced staff to work toward a specific goal—often related to larger-scale network changes.

We support these clients by providing staff that works at Client direction to help complete these projects. Examples include TDM network grooms and data reconciliation across systems.
